Is ‘why’ a dangerous word or a useful tool?

I’m delighted that readership of this blog has grown lately and I hope that you are all finding the content here to be thought-provoking, useful and inspiring.

There are almost 300 posts on the blog now and it occurs to me that there could well be some hidden gems you’ve missed. With that in mind, over the next couple of weeks, I’d like to pick out some posts that I think you might enjoy. This week, they are both based on the word ‘why’.

In ‘Because Y’s a crooked letter’, you can read about a conversation I overheard on a bus a few years ago.

In ‘How great leaders sell their ideas’, you’ll learn more about the way in which ‘why’ can be more important than ‘what’ or ‘how’.

Today’s pebble for you: will you learn more about ‘why’?

Turning over pebbles is the blog of Thinking Space Coaching.

If you’d like to make progress in your work and life, email me and let’s have a conversation about how we can work together.
